Visual Merchandising Manager - SEA

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

- Implement global visual merchandising campaigns and guidelines consistently and to a high standard across our stores in Singapore
- Adapt global VM concepts to the local market and customer preferences in close collaboration with the Global Shop Fit Team
- Plan and deliver local and seasonal VM moments, e.g. Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and the Great Singapore Sale
- Visit stores regularly to monitor VM standards, provide hands-on support and train store teams
- Analyse the performance of VM set-ups using sales data and store feedback, and derive recommendations
- Manage the local VM budget and coordinate local vendors and production partners
- Support store openings, refits and relocations with layouts and visual set-ups

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

- A degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Visual Communication or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in Retail, ideally within an international brand
- A keen eye for detail, a hands-on mindset and a strong interest in retail and VM trends
- Strong understanding of the local retail landscape and Singaporean consumer behaviour
- Ability to translate sales data into concrete VM actions
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp or AutoCAD is a plus
- Strong communication and training skills
