Job Description

We are looking for Part-time compassionate and caring RNs (Registered Nurses) that are comfortable working on training plans and case reviews. These openings can have flexible start dates and are for Lee County . Goal is to find the right fit for full time position and advancement to director of nursing.

This position will require skilled tasks that nurses must have the knowledge and ability to perform, including assistance with medication management. The right candidate will be willing to grow with the company into a potential full time position enjoys public interaction, and education of peers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient case management
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate medical records

Requirements:
- Valid RN license

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work independently

- 1 year case management

- Fluent English

2 Years Home Health Experience

Lives within Lee County
