We're currently seeking both full-time and part-time aides AND Weekend Warriors (Higher Pay Rate!)
Shifts are 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am
Schedule requires every other weekend, Weekend Warrior is Every weekend
What You'll Do
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and enhancing the daily lives of our residents by:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Providing compassionate, person-centered care
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions
- Supporting residents' emotional well-being and independence
- Working collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
What We're Looking For
✅ Current Pennsylvania CNA certification
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach
✅ Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
✅ Experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required

Qualifications
Educational and Experience Requirements:
1. High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
2. Certification as a Nursing Assistant, or, meets the state and federal requirements
under "grandmothering" regulations, or, attends an approved nurse aide training
program to obtain eligibility for the Nurse Aide Competency Examination within 120
days of employment.
3. Ability to read writes and speaks English.
4. Ability to follow oral and written direction.
5. CPR certified or willing to become CPR certified
