About the Role:
As part of our Finance Business Systems team, we are leading a major ERP modernization initiative through the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This transformation will modernize financial operations, strengthen governance, and improve data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The Business Senior Specialist acts as an integrator and technical liaison between business operations and technology. The role supports functional areas including S2C (Source-to-Contract), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), EPM, EPBCS, CORE Finance, and related third-party systems within the Finance–Oracle ecosystem.
Working closely with Finance, Procurement, EPM, Reporting, Business Systems, Release Management, and Testing teams, the Business Analyst drives process optimization, system enhancements, and smooth release cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Ensure cross-functional system impacts are considered in solution design, maintaining an end-to-end business process perspective that includes workflow and reporting impacts.
- Consult with stakeholders to recommend Oracle-enabled solutions aligned with business goals and system capabilities.
- Facilitate requirements sessions and workshops to validate process improvements and system designs.
- Collaborate with IT, Business Systems, Release Management, and Testing teams to implement, test, and deploy system enhancements.
- Maintain strong governance over system change documentation and ensure traceability throughout the change lifecycle.
- Support system enhancement and release management, including regression testing and impact analysis.
- Partner with Reporting & Data Governance teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and process integrity.
- Participate in the development of training and adoption strategies, including communication and support for end users.
- Manage and execute incoming support tickets, ensuring timely resolution, proper documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across financial systems and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or Information Systems.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large enterprise or public-sector setting.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion or other major ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of financial and procurement processes (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Reporting).
- Experience supporting S2C, P2P, EPM/EPBCS, and CORE modules and related third-party integrations.
- Proficient in business process mapping, workflow design, and requirements documentation (Signavio, Visio, JIRA, or Azure DevOps).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with testing, defect management, and release coordination.
Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
We thank all applicants for their interest, but only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
As part of our recruitment process, candidates who advance to the next
