Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Commercial Roofers and Roofing Laborers for projects located in or around Center, ND. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

- Support an established commercial PVC roofing crew

- Move, stage, and position roofing materials throughout the jobsite

- Assist with insulation installation and fastening

- Handle and transport materials safely and efficiently

- Perform general roofing and construction labor duties

- Collect debris and maintain a clean, organized work area

- Remove snow and assist with site maintenance as needed

- Follow all jobsite safety procedures and project requirements

- Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Basic roofing or construction experience

- Commercial roofing, flat roofing, PVC membrane, or insulation experience preferred

- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work

- Ability to lift and carry roofing materials throughout the shift

- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions

- Strong commitment to teamwork and jobsite safety

- Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather conditions

- Workers with roofing experience should bring applicable hand tools
