Salary Range : $100,000- $130,000 per year
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Bonuses : $10,000 Sign-on bonus and Profit Sharing

Job Description
We are seeking a Clinic Director who will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical operations, mentoring staff, and elevating the patient experience.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a deep passion for rehabilitation and a genuine love for sports. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and innovative thinking are essential as you guide your team and help drive excellence in an evolving field. Most importantly, your empathy and compassion will empower patients on their recovery journey and inspire trust every step of the way .
You'll have the autonomy and support to:
- Grow clinic by developing relationships, community partnerships, and new business opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Identify opportunities to expand and market the services offered within your clinic
- Develop and launch new programs, services, and revenue streams based on your interests and the needs of your community
- Have a voice in business strategy, marketing, hiring, and growth initiatives
- Mentor and develop clinicians while continuing to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
- Management and marketing experience preferred
- Experience or interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations
