About this Role The Director is an SME and functional leader for QISG’s transportation practice within the Transmission & Substation (T&S) Engineering organization. - Contribute to building the practice: recruit, mentor, and train engineering staff; provide input on resource planning to support growth; and develop engineering controls, QA/QC procedures, design standards, and templates while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and integrity.
