What You'll Do
- Greet customers and assist with their vehicle service needs.
- Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns.
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on technician findings.
- Explain repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines to customers.
- Communicate with technicians and service management to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive Service Advisor or dealership service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain vehicle maintenance and repairs clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems is a plus.
