Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner Job Description This Human Resources Business Partner role supports an engineering and manufacturing operation. You will act as a strategic, consultative partner to business leaders, assessing business and workforce needs and translating them into effective talent and HR strategies. The position combines high-level HR business partnership with traditional HRBP responsibilities, with a strong focus on strategic recruiting for specialized talent, organizational development, and the implementation of HR programs and initiatives within an assigned client group. Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary, consultative HR partner to business leadership, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
- Meet directly with business leaders to understand their operational challenges, strategic goals, and workforce requirements.
- Assess business and workforce needs and translate them into clear, actionable HR and talent strategies.
- Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right skills and capabilities to meet current and future needs.
- Lead strategic recruiting efforts, particularly focused on identifying and attracting unique, specialized, and technical talent for an engineering and manufacturing environment.
- Conduct talent assessment activities to evaluate skills, potential, and organizational fit, and use insights to guide hiring, development, and succession decisions.
- Implement HR programs and initiatives within the assigned client group, ensuring alignment with broader organizational HR strategies and objectives.
- Act as a visible representative and face of HR within the assigned business group, reinforcing HRs role as a strategic partner and resource.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, helping leaders address performance, engagement, and workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Support organizational development initiatives, including structure, role design, and capability building to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Drive and support change management efforts associated with organizational changes, new processes, or HR initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption by leaders and employees.
- Partner with leadership on talent strategy, including succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and critical role identification.
- Support leadership development by advising on development plans, coaching leaders on people management, and aligning development activities with business needs.
- Manage and support HR project implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR colleagues to align solutions, share best practices, and ensure consistency in HR strategy and execution across the organization.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring understanding of HR policies, programs, and strategic initiatives.

- Proven ability to translate business needs into effective people and workforce strategies.

- Hands-on HR project implementation experience, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to operate as the visible face of HR within an assigned business group, building trust and credibility.
- Experience working in or supporting a manufacturing and engineering environment.
- Experience in HR business partnership, employee relations, organizational change, and leadership partnership.
- Ability to support workforce planning, business needs assessment, and HR strategy development.
