The House Attendant plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the hotel. This position supports the Housekeeping team by ensuring guest floors, storage areas, and public spaces are clean, well-stocked, and ready to provide an exceptional guest experience.
What You Will Do:
- Support the Housekeeping team by ensuring guest room supplies, linens, and amenities are fully stocked on guest floors.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest corridors, service areas, storage rooms, stairwells, and linen closets.
- Remove trash, soiled linens, and debris from guest floors and Housekeeping areas.
- Assist Room Attendants with moving furniture, mattresses, rollaway beds, cribs, and other heavy items as needed.
- Deliver guest-requested items promptly and professionally, including cribs, rollaway beds, irons, and ironing boards.
- Report maintenance concerns in guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces through designated systems and notify Housekeeping leadership when appropriate.
- Assist with responsibilities and duties during high business volume or in the absence of Lobby Attendants and Room Attendants.
- Help create exceptional guest experiences by responding promptly to requests and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
What You Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule & Hours:
Full-Time position requiring flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
