- Prepare professional presentations, schedules, correspondence, and operational documents.
- Submit capital requests through established systems and assist leadership with capital-planning activities.
- Coordinate annual inspections of radiation-producing, sonography, and MRI equipment.
- Communicate with equipment contacts across Radiology, Heart and Vascular, and other areas that operate imaging equipment.
- Track inspection schedules, follow up with stakeholders, and help ensure required activities remain on schedule.
- Receive state certifications and distribute documentation to the appropriate teams.
- Manage several priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and strong professional relationships.
Success in this position requires at least three years of relevant administrative, office, coordination, or management-related experience, along with strong organizational judgment and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, calendar management, document preparation, and complex scheduling will be especially valuable. Experience with EPRO, Anaplan, or comparable enterprise systems is preferred.
