JOB PURPOSE
IT manager is to lead and oversee the company's IT operations and infrastructure, with the goal of
supporting and improving the company's operations and competitiveness through the effective use
of technology. This includes developing and implementing IT strategies, managing, and maintaining
systems and networks
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the stable operation of the company's IT infrastructure.
- Plan and coordinate IT-related projects and initiatives
- Manage and maintain the company's IT systems and networks.
- Ensure data security and protect sensitive information.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry developments and technologies.
- Develop and manage the IT budget.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address IT-related needs and opportunities.
- Prepare cost benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary and monitor vendors to ensure that they're offering the best-possible service and value for business needs.
- Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
- At least 5 years experienced in incident and problem management.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Solid Windows, network, and VPN technology knowledge.
- Network knowledge of TCP/IP.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT.
- Fluent in TH and EN both writing and speaking.
- Proficient in Cargo Wise would be a plus.
