Job Purpose

Preparation of fragrance applications in different bases meeting the needs of creative and development teams.

Core Responsibilities:

Application

•    Prepare fragrance applications in different bases meeting the needs of creative and development teams under guidance, and ensure the quality, precision and accuracy thereof.

•    Help in updating and revising of technical documentation in the department, under guidance.

•    Responsible for management of customer base inventories, internal bases and packs inventories

•    Assist in the administration of materials and laboratory organization

•    Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment

Additional Responsibilities

•    Administration of sample requests and fragrance oils

•    Operate and help maintain standard lab equipment

•    Perform physical-chemical measurements

•    Under supervision assist in the solving of problems in the application of fragrance to product and the improvement of existing products

Academic Background

Technical training or Higher Education Qualification in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or similar subject

Have a basic understanding of the daily chemical industry.

Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

Basic English reading and writing skills

Technical Skills

Knowledge of good laboratory practice and safe handling of chemicals

Accurate record keeping and attention to detail

Basic Chemistry knowledge

Understanding of ISO protocols

Basic knowledge of lab equipment and its safe usage

Good Communication skills
