This is a remote, performance-based opportunity, not a salaried job. You’ll work independently, with training, established systems and ongoing support, while developing your own business and professional relationships.

What you’ll do

- Have introductory conversations by phone and Zoom
- Connect with people interested in personal and professional development
- Share information about digital learning programs and events
- Build professional relationships and develop your client engagement skills
- Take part in ongoing business and personal development training
- Organise your own schedule and daily activities

Who this may suit

You may be a good fit if you:

- Have at least seven years of professional or business experience
- Have experience in leadership, management, consulting, healthcare, education, HR, sales, business development or client services
- Communicate confidently and enjoy working with people
- Are comfortable learning digital tools and working remotely
- Can work independently and take responsibility for your activity and results
- Are interested in flexibility and building something of your own

Previous experience in personal development is not required.
