About this role
The Business Analyst works alongside Business Process Leads and IT application development teams to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, support solution design, and help implement software applications. The role participates in blueprinting and design sessions and helps evaluate proposed technical solutions against business requirements.
• 7+ years of experience in a professional-services or global corporate environment, including 5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting software and application development lifecycles. • Experience on large-scale global projects, delivering requirements on time and within budget. • Strong requirements engineering: workshops, functional specifications, use cases, gap analysis and process mapping. • Ability to identify ambiguity in business requests and convert intent into clear, specific requirements. • Advanced analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with strong stakeholder communication. • Ability to organize multiple concurrent priorities and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
