Role Overview
The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. This role ensures smooth guest flow, manages reservations, and contributes to an exceptional luxury dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Reception & Experience

- Welcome and greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations, guest lists, and table allocations efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and inform them of specials or promotions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.

Operational Support

- Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth seating and service flow.
- Maintain the reception and waiting areas in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.
- Monitor waiting times and manage guest expectations professionally.
- Assist with special arrangements for VIP guests or events.

Reservation & Administrative Duties

- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and special occasions.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage online reservations efficiently.
- Provide reports on reservations, guest feedback, and occupancy trends as required.

Professional Standards & Compliance

- Uphold luxury service standards, etiquette, and presentation at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or Guest Relations in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, or fine-dining venues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and confidence in guest-facing roles.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Russian speaker with previous experience in nightlife environment and high volume guests.
