Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Operations: Support operational procurement and day-to-day operations, including shortage and inventory management
- Market Analysis: Monitor markets and categories and prepare requests for quotations
- Data and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain dashboards and master data
- Supplier Management: Evaluate suppliers and support sustainability and compliance activities
- Communication:  Communicate across interfaces

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time  (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Duration: min. 12 months

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Education: Currently studying for a degree in business administration, mathematics, computer science  or a similar field
- Technical Skills : Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Additional Skills: Tableau is a nice-to-have
- Language Skills:   very good German and English skills
- Personal Skills : Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and flexibility

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf ).
