About this role
MEP Manager is required to manage the complete governance, planning, execution, and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the entire High Rise Residential Project.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum overall 12+ years experience.
- Minimum 8-10 years experience with High Rise/ Residential projects.
Professional Certifications (Preferred / Advantageous)
- PMP – Project Management Professional (PMI)
- LEED AP BD+C or BREEAM Accreditation
- ASHRAE Membership / Certification (for Mechanical background)
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) – IET, CIBSE, IMechE, or equivalent
- OSHA / NEBOSH Safety Certification
- BIM Certification (Level 2 or above)
- Excellent communication skills
