### Job Description
As an HR Recruiter at BabyOrgano, you will play a key role in shaping our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, excellent communication, and hands-on recruitment expertise.

#### Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding – to ensure timely and effective hiring. Job Posting: Draft engaging job descriptions and post openings across job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs. Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and facilitate interviews while collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process. Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen BabyOrgano’s position as an employer of choice.

### Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in FMCG, D2C, or consumer goods industry). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and social media recruitment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
