Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) and play a key role in enabling the continued growth and transformation of AI Data Center Services (AIDCS). Reporting to the Global Director, Professional Services & Delivery, you will partner closely with the Head of AIDCS to drive operational excellence, strategic execution, workforce capability, and delivery of leadership priorities across the organization, including the Power & Cooling (PnC) business.
As a central integrator across technical, regional, and cross-functional teams, you will help AIDCS scale its portfolio and support increasingly complex customer workloads. A major focus will be defining and delivering the capability roadmap needed to address evolving customer needs, emerging technologies, and new vertical growth opportunities.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong operational discipline, cross-functional influence, and the ability to simplify complexity and turn strategic priorities into meaningful execution.
What You Will Do:
1. Strategic Operations & Business Rhythm
- Build and manage AIDCS’s operating cadence, including leadership reviews, planning cycles, KPI dashboards, QBR materials, leadership agendas, and key decision forums.
- Turn strategy into execution by translating high-level priorities into clear programs, milestones, and execution plans, while consolidating data, insights, and operational metrics to support effective decision-making.
- Support senior leadership with high-impact materials and follow-through, preparing presentations, analyses, and briefings while managing priorities, decision logs, actions, and commitments, and escalating emerging issues when needed.
2. Strategic Initiatives & Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead priority initiatives across the AIDCS portfolio, including expansion into new AI-led verticals, while coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, HR, Finance, and Geo teams.
- Keep complex initiatives moving forward by identifying risks, dependencies, and resource needs, proactively driving resolution, and improving processes to strengthen operational efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
3. Organizational Upskilling & Workforce Capability
- Co-own the AIDCS skills transformation roadmap, conducting skills assessments, identifying capability gaps, and partnering with HR/L&D to create targeted upskilling programs and technical learning pathways across the AIDCS solution portfolio.
- Track and measure capability development, monitoring progress and impact of upskilling initiatives to ensure teams are prepared for future-state requirements.
4. Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
- Act as a central coordination point across global teams and verticals, ensuring alignment on priorities and progress, building strong working relationships, and delivering clear, accurate, and consistent communication to internal and external stakeholders. Represent agreed leadership priorities across functions, resolve routine issues directly, and escalate material decisions with clear options and recommendations to support growth and customer impact.
What You Will Bring:
Required Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy, program management, consulting, technical program leadership, or a closely related area.
- Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, ideally within a technical or engineering-centric environment, with the ability to coordinate across different teams and priorities.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to synthesize complex information, communicate it clearly, and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity, using sound judgment to manage priorities, make decisions, and move initiatives forward in evolving environments.
- Strong analytical skills, including hands-on experience working with data, KPIs, operational metrics, and executive-level reporting to support informed decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within AI or infrastructure-related technical domains, such as AI infrastructure, AI Factories, Power & Cooling, data center infrastructure, or similar areas.
- Background in workforce capability and development, including upskilling programs, Learning & Development (L&D), organizational development, or related skills transformation initiatives.
