Job Responsibilities
- AutoCAD Design: Produce optimized floor plans for all needed sites, focusing on "U-shaped" flow, conveyor placement, and courier dispatch zones.
- Civil & Electrical Oversight: Supervise the fit-out of HVAC, fire suppression, and high-load electrical systems (required for autosorters).
- Technical Audit: Conduct "pre-buy" structural audits of prospective sites to ensure floor-load and height compliance.
- Lean Implementation: Design hub layouts that force adherence to 5S methodology and minimize waste in parcel handling.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or MEP Engineering.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in fit-out projects, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or commercial environments.
- Strong expertise in fit-out design and execution.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Solid knowledge of OSHA and NFPA standards and safety regulations
