The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a colorful Garden Island with all the charm and intimacy of a traditional Maldivian Village. Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island’s accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.

A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort if required.

What You Will Do:

- Conduct regular patrols of guest and employee areas to maintain a safe and secure environment and prevent unauthorized access.
- Perform static post duties, including access control, visitor monitoring, and intruder containment procedures.
- Operate fire, life safety, and emergency response equipment, responding promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.
- Identify, investigate, and report safety, security, and operational concerns in a timely manner.
- Follow Security Office procedures and support Front Jetty and Back Jetty security operations as required.
- Provide First Aid and CPR assistance when needed.
- Assist with CCTV system monitoring, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain detailed security records.
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to guests and colleagues while embodying the Four Seasons Golden Rule.

What You Bring:

- A good command of English with strong communication, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- O Levels or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and security monitoring software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergencies.
- Strong observation skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to swim and maintain a good level of physical fitness.
- A willingness to learn, develop, and progress within the organization.

Schedule & Hours

- Full-time position.
- 48 hours per week with one day off per week.
