Role/Team overview

We are looking for a Propositions Manager to join the Connectivity Propositions team. We own, define and deliver the strategy, roadmap and commercial performance of Sky's connectivity propositions, ensuring we continue to meet evolving customer needs while driving growth across our broadband and in-home connectivity portfolio.

You will shape the future of our connectivity propositions, developing customer-centric strategies, leading complex proposition initiatives and working cross-functionally to deliver commercial and customer outcomes.

What you’ll do

- Proposition strategy – Shape the strategy and roadmap for Sky's connectivity propositions, using customer, commercial, market and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities and improve customer value

- Proposition development and delivery – Lead the development and implementation of new propositions, features and customer experiences, working closely with Product, Technology, Commercial, Marketing and Operational teams to bring initiatives to market

- Portfolio ownership – Own and evolve key connectivity propositions and strategic programmes, ensuring propositions deliver against commercial objectives, customer needs and longer-term business priorities

- Business cases and investment decisions – Build insight-led business cases that articulate customer, commercial and financial benefits, partnering with Finance and Commercial teams to support prioritisation and investment decisions

- Cross-functional leadership – Lead complex proposition change programmes, coordinating stakeholders across the business to drive alignment, manage dependencies and ensure successful execution

- Future ready – Monitor emerging market trends, customer needs, technologies and competitive activity to identify future opportunities and inform long-term proposition and roadmap planning

What you’ll bring

- Relevant experience: Experience working in Propositions or related areas such as Strategy, Commercial, Product or Marketing, including developing and delivering customer-centric propositions from initial concept through to implementation.

- Strategic mindset: Experience using customer, market and commercial insights to develop proposition strategies, roadmaps and actionable plans, with clear priorities and intended customer and commercial outcomes.

- Problem-solving: Experience working through ambiguous or complex business problems, identifying opportunities and developing creative solutions that consider both customer needs and commercial viability.

- Analytical skills: Experience building and evaluating business cases, interpreting customer and commercial data, and using insights to inform decisions and define measures of success.

- Stakeholder management: Experience building relationships with senior and cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning multiple teams around shared objectives and agreed outcomes.

- Project and programme delivery: Experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple teams, including setting strategic direction, coordinating delivery and managing dependencies to achieve agreed objectives.

- Communication: Experience communicating complex information verbally and in writing to different audiences, including presenting strategic narratives to senior or executive stakeholders and translating these into clear, detailed operational requirements.
