We are looking for a Marketing Specialist & Coordinator to join our Nordics & Netherlands department.

Our department operates across two markets: the Nordics and the Netherlands. This position will be based with our local team in Haarlem. As we continue to grow, we are also exploring the possibility of relocating our office closer to Amsterdam in the future.

The role combines marketing coordination (approximately 80%) with office management (approximately 20%).

You will play an important role in coordinating and executing marketing and sales activities, primarily in the Netherlands, while also helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

About the role

As our Marketing Specialist & Coordinator , you will play a key operational role in supporting marketing and sales activities in the Netherlands.

The majority of your time will be dedicated to marketing tasks , including events, webinars, marketing materials, localization of materials and equipment logistics. Alongside this, you will take responsibility for selected office management and administrative activities , helping create an efficient, professional and welcoming working environment.

This is a hands-on position where structure, coordination, service-mindedness and execution are essential.

Your responsibilities

Marketing Coordination – approximately 80%

- Localize global marketing assets for the Dutch market, including translation and market adaptation.
- Create and adapt marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, events and printed materials using available tools.
- Plan, coordinate and execute local events from start to finish.
- Ensure seamless event delivery, including venue and catering coordination, participant materials, equipment setup, on-site support and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate and execute webinars and other marketing activities.
- Manage demo equipment logistics, including inventory control, shipments to resellers and partners, and availability of demo equipment and event merchandise.
- Contribute to selected marketing projects and initiatives led by the Head of Marketing & Academy.

Office Management – approximately 20%

- Coordinate the daily office routine and help ensure the office is organized, welcoming and running smoothly.
- Act as a point of contact for general office-related enquiries and coordinate requests with the relevant colleagues.
- Manage office supplies, orders and inventory and liaise with external suppliers and service providers when needed.
- Support the organization of internal meetings and events, including meeting rooms, catering and practical arrangements.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Regional Director in relation to the Netherlands office, including meeting preparation, travel arrangements, documentation and follow-up on operational matters.

Your skills

We imagine you have an academic or vocational background in marketing, business administration, commercial studies or a related field , potentially combined with relevant professional experience in marketing coordination, commercial support, office management or a similar role.

- You are structured, detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong hands-on attitude.
- You enjoy taking ownership of tasks and driving them through to completion.
- You are comfortable balancing different responsibilities and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You have excellent organizational skills and can work independently while knowing when to involve others.
- You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, suppliers and international stakeholders.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English , both written and spoken.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills are required, and experience with marketing, CRM or design tools such as Figma and email marketing platforms is an advantage.
