Retail & Delivery Specialist

Full-Time | Earn up to $19.00 per hour

What You'll Do

- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck for scheduled donation pickups and deliveries.

- Serve as a friendly, professional ambassador of The Arc during residential and business donation pickups.

- Load, unload, and transport donated furniture, household goods, appliances, and merchandise.

- Receive, sort, stock, and organize donations.

- Create attractive merchandise displays to help maximize sales.

- Test donated electronics and appliances before sale.

- Schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries.

- Deliver outstanding customer service to shoppers, donors, volunteers, and customers.

- Operate the cash register and process transactions.

- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

What We're Looking For

- High School Diploma or GED.

- Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.

- Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck.

- Retail, warehouse, logistics, delivery, moving, or customer service experience preferred.

- Experience operating a POS system/cash register preferred.

- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull 75+ pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Ability to pass required background screenings and maintain a drug-free workplace.
