We are looking for:

Senior Project Manager | CEE Managed Services Transformation

Your future role:

- Lead the day-to-day coordination of the CEE Managed Services transformation programme,

- Work closely with Line of Service teams to execute the regional location strategy,

- Coordinate programme workstreams, milestones, dependencies, decisions and adoption activities,

- Proactively gather status updates from workstream leads and personally maintain programme plans, trackers, action logs and progress reporting against agreed outcomes,

- Identify risks, issues and interdependencies and provide recommendations to support decision-making,

- Prepare concise, decision-oriented updates for programme sponsors and senior leadership,

- Coordinate transformation of the delivery model with technology, location and service leads,

- Drive action tracking and follow-through across multiple teams and territories.

Apply if you have:

- Significant experience leading complex transformation programmes or cross-functional strategic projects,

- Experience with project management tools, dashboards and AI-enabled project delivery.

- Advanced project and programme management skills, including planning, governance, dependency management, risk management and adoption,

- Experience coordinating senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and service teams,

- The ability to structure ambiguity, establish delivery discipline and maintain momentum across workstreams,

- Excellent analytical, communication and executive reporting skills,

- A pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach and strong ownership of outcomes,
- You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation).

- Experience working in an international, matrixed organisation,

- Fluent English.

Nice to have:

- Experience in delivery model, location strategy or operating model transformation,

- A recognised project or programme management certification,
