Your Role

OUTFRONT is currently looking for an energetic and driven Project Manager to join its Miami Transit Team, with oversight for the build out of MDT’s (Miami Dade Transit) bus shelter expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-caliber individual to join and assist in the evolution of our transit offerings within OUTFRONT’s Miami market.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading teams to deliver 360 additional bus shelters per our Miami Dade Transit Authority (MDT) Bus Shelter contract. This individual will be part of a team that bridges the gap between the MDT, OUTFRONT’s Miami management team and operations personnel. The project manager will manage resources, schedule and scope for assigned initiatives in accordance with project goals, implementation strategies, and client needs.

Principal Responsibilities

- Lead successful delivery of initiatives, from initiate to deployment
- Supervise project and provide direction to project team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope and budget
- Direct the development of project goals, work plans, timeliness and implementation strategies
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of projects
- Partner with business stakeholders to define scope and priorities for system initiatives (ongoing maintenance); drive business engagement and relationships to understand key business objectives to support analysis and solution definition
- Manage and account for project budgets and contracts
- Plan, facilitate and conduct meetings
- Measure, evaluate and communicate project performance
- Manage issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
