About this role
Amex Digital Labs’ mission is to build the future of payments and membership, creating new value that evolves with our customers' needs and drives deeper engagement and loyalty. We leverage emerging technologies to deliver innovations that enhance how customers pay, travel, dine, and experience the brand.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead partner integrations for Agentic Commerce at American Express. Working closely with AI platforms, payment service providers, wallet providers, merchants, technology partners, and internal stakeholders, you will translate platform capabilities into scalable partner implementations that drive adoption while maintaining the highest standards of customer trust, security, and operational excellence.
This position will focus on the strategy and execution required to enable seamless, secure agent-driven transactions, including defining the experiences, platform capabilities, and trust frameworks needed to scale across partners and future use cases. This person will build a strong command of emerging agentic commerce protocols, existing card payments infrastructure, and new interaction models. Partnering closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams, this person will lead new integrations across multiple partners, shape the end-to-end customer experience, and drive innovation at the intersection of AI, payments, and digital trust.
This position requires a unique combination of product strategy, payments expertise, and partnership management.
As a trusted, closed-loop network, American Express is uniquely positioned to extend its authentication, authorization, identity, and risk capabilities into AI-powered commerce experiences while preserving Card Member visibility and control over agent-initiated activity. By leveraging our membership model, premium brand, and differentiated data assets, this person will help define the experiences and capabilities that create value for Card Members, merchants, partners, and the broader ecosystem.
