We're hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for regional dry van positions offering competitive mileage pay, dependable home time, and modern equipment designed for driver comfort.
This is a 100% no-touch freight opportunity with additional earning potential through short-haul pay, detention compensation, and available bonuses.
Pay & Earning Opportunities
- Estimated Annual Earnings: $91,000–$96,000
- Mileage Pay: $0.70–$0.74 CPM, based on experience and Hazmat endorsement
- Sign-On Bonus Available
- Safety Bonuses Available
- Additional short-haul compensation
- Detention pay after one hour
- Annual anniversary bonus of $150 per year of continuous service
- Performance-based mileage increases
- Additional pay for qualifying Hazmat loads
Mileage Rates:
- 8–29 months experience: $0.70 CPM without Hazmat / $0.72 CPM with Hazmat
- 30+ months experience: $0.72 CPM without Hazmat / $0.74 CPM with Hazmat
Short-Haul Pay:
- 0–100 loaded miles: Additional $35 per qualifying load
- 101–400 loaded miles: Additional $25 per qualifying load
Actual earnings vary based on experience, miles driven, and applicable additional compensation.
Home Time & Freight
- Approximately 48 hours home on weekends
- 100% no-touch dry van freight
- Full truckload operations
- No deliveries into NYC, Canada, or Mexico

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
