About this role
A patient finished rehab on Friday and starts their DRV-funded aftercare with myReha right away.
You made that the clinic's routine, not an exception.
Your role. Tele-rehabilitation is growing fast. The Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV) funds digital aftercare (digitale IRENA) for patients at clinics with DRV contracts. Your role is to ensure that this becomes standard practice at your rehabilitation clinics. You will deepen partnerships with clinics, support them from onboarding through the first discharged patient, and continue to expand the partnership from there. You are a sales representative, onboarding manager, primary point of contact, problem-solver, and the client’s voice - all rolled into one.
Who you'll work with. therapists, senior physicians, heads of therapy, IT teams and clinic management. You navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and bring everyone to the same table, and you visit clinics on site, because trust is best built face to face. You report to our DRV Channel Team Lead. Location: southern Germany or Austria, with regular clinic visits in Germany.
What you'll work on
- Win and activate clinics: identify rehab clinics and healthcare institutions, convince decision-makers, and own onboarding from the first demo to the first discharged patient. You work closely with therapy leadership and administration so digital aftercare becomes part of everyday clinic operations, not a one-off trial.
- Support partners and drive expansion: hold regular check-ins, stay in close contact by phone and online meetings, and solve problems quickly and pragmatically. You grow existing partnerships (more departments, more sites, more usage) and help us open up new market segments.
- Build the product with your customers: bring feedback straight from daily clinic life to our product team, and help improve and expand myReha and nyra insights together with the clinics that use it every day.
- Keep performance in view: track discharges, activation rates and aftercare units for your partners, keep the data clean, and use it to steer each partnership towards success.
- Help build the foundations: shape our playbooks, best practices and benchmarks so the work scales, and take on internal projects with Product, Tech and other teams.
Requirements
Must-have
- B2B experience in healthcare: you have sold to rehab clinics or rehabilitation facilities and know how decisions are really made there: who is involved, who holds the budget, and how long each step takes.
- Onboarding expertise: you know a signed contract is only the beginning. You have taken customers from first demo to routine use and brought therapy, administration and management to the same table so things actually move.
- Negotiation-level German (C1+): you run all partner collaboration in German, freely and confidently, from day-to-day calls to negotiations. English is our company language, so you work comfortably in it too.
- Driven and solution-oriented: proactive, self-motivated and hands-on, you set your own priorities, spot opportunities, find solutions instead of obstacles, and keep partnerships and the business moving forward.
- Structured and process-minded: you build repeatable ways of working, learn from every onboarding, and make each one run better than the last.
- Happy to travel: you see on-site clinic visits as part of building real partnerships.
Nice to have
- Experience with the German healthcare system, including payer and rehab structures (ideally DRV rehab and aftercare).
- You already use AI tools across your sales and account workflow.
Why nyra
- Make digital aftercare the standard: you turn a fast-growing, DRV-funded pathway into everyday practice across German rehab clinics, and shape the playbook while doing it.
- Patients first, always: everything we build is measured by patient outcomes, not engagement metrics. Every activated clinic means more patients who keep training after discharge.
- Ownership & direct access: you will see the direct impact of your work and be accountable for outcomes, not just outputs. Founders, ML engineers and practicing clinicians are in the same room, decisions move fast, and you are part of them.
- Transparent, direct culture: open communication and honest feedback are how we operate.
- AI-native: every team member has Claude Pro and is expected to use AI tools daily.
- Some of the best Mario Kart drivers in the Austrian startup scene 😉
