Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design,
implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines,
cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and automation frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud
Infrastructure, Monitoring, Automation, Security, and Release Management. This role
will be responsible for improving software delivery efficiency, platform reliability,
operational scalability, and cloud cost optimization while collaborating with development,
infrastructure, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities
CI/CD & Release Automation
• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
• Improve deployment frequency, reliability, and release quality.
• Implement automated validation and quality gates throughout the SDLC.
• Standardize DevOps processes and deployment practices across teams.
Cloud Infrastructure & Operations
• Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure environments.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization and operational efficiency.
• Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives and governance practices.
• Support high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.
• Ensure infrastructure scalability and reliability.
Containerization & Orchestration
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications.
• Develop and maintain Docker images and container standards.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration platforms.
• Implement deployment strategies for microservices architectures.
• Ensure security and operational best practices in container ecosystems.
Monitoring & Reliability Engineering
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Continuously monitor application and infrastructure performance.
• Analyze operational trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proactively troubleshoot system, application, and platform issues.
• Establish preventive measures to reduce operational incidents.
Automation & Configuration Management
• Develop automation scripts and operational tooling.
• Standardize infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Reduce manual operational effort through process automation.
Security & Compliance
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD processes.
• Implement automated compliance and security validation checks.
• Ensure secure software deployment practices.
• Support DevSecOps initiatives and platform governance.
Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with Development, Infrastructure, Security, QA, and Product teams.
• Drive DevOps maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Support enterprise-scale DevOps transformation programs.
