Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and user-focused
documentation for enterprise integration services and business-critical platforms.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Implementation
Teams, Customer Support, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform complex
technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation that enables successful
customer onboarding, adoption, operations, and troubleshooting.
This role requires hands-on experience with Docs-as-Code methodologies, Markdown,
Git workflows, AI-assisted content creation, and enterprise software documentation.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP project
delivery, release management, change management, cutover planning, and stakeholder
governance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple SAP initiatives, ensuring
successful project execution, coordinating global teams, and driving compliance with SAP release
and change management processes.
This role requires strong project leadership, risk management, communication, and governance
capabilities while working across business, technical, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
• Manage multiple SAP projects, enhancements, and release initiatives simultaneously.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities including initiation, planning, execution,
monitoring, and closure.
• Develop project plans, milestones, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure delivery of project objectives within scope, budget, and timeline commitments.
• Drive project governance and delivery excellence.
SAP Release Management
• Plan and coordinate SAP releases across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SAP release governance processes.
• Manage release readiness assessments and deployment planning.
• Coordinate release schedules, dependencies, and approvals.
• Support production deployment and post-release stabilization activities.
Cutover & Conversion Management
• Lead cutover planning and execution activities.
• Develop detailed cutover checklists, runbooks, and execution plans.
• Coordinate mock cutovers and readiness reviews.
• Manage system conversion activities and business transition plans.
• Oversee hypercare support following go-live deployments.
Change Management & Governance
• Ensure adherence to SAP Change Management and eCAB processes.
• Manage change requests, approvals, and governance workflows.
• Track and monitor project compliance requirements.
• Implement best practices for project controls and governance.
ALM Testing Support
• Coordinate Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) testing activities.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression, and release testing plans.
• Monitor testing progress and defect resolution.
• Ensure business sign-offs and deployment readiness.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Collaborate with:
o Business Teams
o SAP Functional Teams
o Technical Teams
o Infrastructure Teams
o External Vendors
o Global Delivery Teams
• Provide regular project status reporting to sponsors and leadership.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
Risk & Issue Management
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Lead issue resolution and escalation management activities.
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Ensure proactive monitoring of project health and delivery metrics.
