· Partner with Marketing team to develop and maintain benefits communications, onboarding materials, enrollment guides, intranet content, FAQs, and employee presentations.
· Deliver or coordinate employee information sessions and education on benefits programs, enrollment activities, policy changes, and wellbeing initiatives.
· Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately and maintain ownership until the matter is resolved.
· Translate complex plan provisions, eligibility rules, and local requirements into clear, plain-language information for employees and managers.
