• Send reminders, track every submission, and escalate late or incomplete materials to the SVP, Chief of Staff before they put the deadline at risk.
• Partner with Communications and Creative on design, look, and consistency of the final Board books.
• Run a short review after each meeting to capture lessons and improve the process.
Board Portal and Information Security
• Own the Board portal, including administration, director’s access, training, and support.
• Make sure confidential materials are distributed securely.
Director Experience

Follow-Through
• Track Board requests, decisions, and action items, and coordinate management follow-through.
Partnership and Relationships
• Work with the Board Governance leader as one team, with clearly defined responsibilities.
• Be the trusted point of coordination for the Executive Leadership Team, their support staff, and directors on Board logistics and process.
• Use exceptional judgment, discretion, and responsiveness in all Board matters.
Management and Budget
• Guide Communications, Creative, and other partners through influence.
• Manage the budget for Board meetings, travel, events, vendors, and the Board portal.
• Identify ways to improve the process and use technology to reduce manual work.
