Production Operator
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Production Operator to perform hands-on assembly and production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, follows instructions, and works well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and presses.
- Follow work instructions to ensure quality and production standards.
- Inspect parts and finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assist with training and cross-training team members as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Ability to read and follow basic written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 90 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a strong team-oriented work ethic.
