Production Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Norwalk, OH
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Production Operators to support daily manufacturing operations in an industrial environment. This role involves operating production equipment, handling materials, maintaining product quality, and following established safety procedures.
Available Shifts
Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 1:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m., Possible Friday overtime
Third Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m., Possible Sunday overtime
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to work instructions.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and production standards are met.
- Handle raw materials and finished products as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Identify and report equipment issues or product defects.
- Complete production paperwork and support team production goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely around industrial equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting as required.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
