Finance Systems Analyst

The Finance Systems Analyst will be based in the New York office and will play a critical role in supporting the Finance Systems team with ongoing projects. Primary responsibilities include development for the Financial System and ancillary products and include performing environment restores and promoting custom development between the development, test, and production environments.

- 3 to 5 years of experience using a legal ERP system, such as Aderant Expert or Elite 3E.

- Strong SQL coding skills and experience with financial management systems, particularly Aderant Expert.

- Experience with DocuDraft, Microsoft Visual Studio, and SQL.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

- Exposure to Emburse Enterprise, Intapp Time, Intapp Intake & Conflicts, Billblast, and Versapay Cash Applications is helpful.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with various departments and team members.

This position will require physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm or as business needs require). The anticipated compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
