Process Safety Coordinator
This is an opportunity for an experienced Process Safety professional who wants to broaden their career into team coordination, business development, and project leadership , while remaining connected to technical work.
You will:
- Coordinate the Process Safety team’s workload and development.
- Help people grow in technical and project management capabilities.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop winning proposals.
- Ensure projects have the right people, scope, commercial approach, and delivery model.
- Monitor project execution, financial performance, scope changes, and invoicing.
- Bring together the right expertise across the organization to deliver value to our customers.
- Continue contributing to Process Safety projects.
- Degree in engineering or another relevant technical field.
- Solid experience in Process Safety or Asset Risk Management .
- Experience in project delivery and project management , including commercial and financial awareness.
- Good understanding of customers and the market, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to coordinate people and resources , support competence development, and work effectively across teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to develop both personally and professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese . Spanish is a plus.
