About the Role
We are seeking a Cook to join our culinary team in our Health Care community . In this role, you’ll prepare and serve high-quality meals in a restaurant-style dining environment, helping create an enjoyable and memorable dining experience for our residents.
The ideal candidate takes pride in food quality and presentation, enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, and is passionate about providing excellent hospitality and service.
Pay Range: $19–$25 per hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure meals are prepared and served according to established recipes, menus, and community standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Demonstrate strong cooking skills, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout food preparation and meal service.
- Collaborate with the culinary and dining team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and an exceptional dining experience for residents.
- Provide friendly, professional service while helping create a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Culinary degree or formal culinary training preferred.
- At least one year of cooking experience in a restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or similar setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A passion for food, hospitality, and serving others.
