We are seeking a dependable, hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that our residents are proud to call home. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will play an important part in creating a welcoming community for our residents, families, and team members.
Schedule: 3:30 PM - 12 AM
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Starting Pay: $17 per hour, with consideration based on experience
What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the community.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
- Assist with laundry duties as assigned, including the required every-other-weekend rotation.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a healthy environment.
- Help create a positive resident experience by taking pride in your work and demonstrating a hospitality-focused approach.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Six months to one full year of housekeeping, janitorial, or related experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- A dependable, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help where needed.
- A passion for hospitality and creating a positive environment for seniors.
