What You'll Do

As a Branch Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of a local retail energy distribution operation while serving as a trusted leader for employees, customers, and the community.

Leadership & Operations

- Direct all branch activities to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

- Lead, coach, and develop front-line employees to achieve personal and business goals.

- Foster a positive, productive, and safety-focused culture.

- Manage staffing, employee performance, engagement, and retention efforts.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational standards.

Business Development & Sales

- Grow market share through personal sales efforts, networking, and community involvement.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Minimum of 2 years of management experience .
