As the Head of Client Solutions & Product Development, you’ll be a member of the Insurance Senior Leadership Team and a key contributor to the division’s vision and strategic priorities. Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer, CIBC Life Insurance, you’ll lead the development, innovation, and sustainability of a competitive suite of products and services that reflect our clients’ current and evolving needs. With the strength of a trusted brand and the mindset of a start-up, you’ll help build a modern insurance business grounded in innovation, inclusivity, and strong client outcomes.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
