- Support the new POS rollout by coordinating menu information and identifying the digital channel updates needed to keep menu data accurate.
- Audit and manage menu parity across App, Kiosk, and Delivery; identify unjustified gaps and distinguish them from intentional differences suited to each channel.

- Identify and recommend opportunities to add or refine modifiers and customizations across App, Kiosk, and Delivery.
- Own the process for determining whether new products belong in an existing digital category or require a new category, optimizing for product discoverability.
- Partner with channel Product Managers and Marketing and Category teams to align on digital product placement and categorization.
- Partner with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Category, Operations, and Technology to clarify menu requirements and coordinate digital channel updates.
- Establish clear documentation, review, and validation practices for digital menu changes, and monitor execution to resolve discrepancies.
