Supervisor, Distribution Center

This Distribution Center Supervisor position is responsible for the direct supervision of hourly employees and working leaders of the distribution center.

This position serves our Replacement Parts Division , supporting the Randleman, NC location. This is an on-site position and you will perform this job entirely at our Randleman office.

- 5+ years' experience in a distribution environment
- Experience in supervising hourly employees.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, teamwork, proven leadership abilities, and excellent problem solving skills.
- Must possess superior planning, decision-making, use of staff service, and motivation skills.
- Must possess good judgment, planning and analytical skills, with the ability to engage team members to support significant shop floor change.
- Ability to organize and deliver effective training tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to interact and work in a distribution center floor environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, to include Word and Excel.

HOW TO STAND OUT

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations or related field
- Certified lift truck experience preferred.
- ERP system knowledge such as Oracle or SAP.
- Experience in a unionized environment.
