About the role and team

Working at Uber means solving hard problems in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment. As a Global Agency Partner, you are the strategic and commercial anchor for Uber Advertising’s relationships with major agency holding companies. You will set and execute a global partnership vision, bridging the digital and real worlds to power movement for our clients.

This role is not about following a script; it requires navigating intense ambiguity and managing internal complexity to unlock value in a fast-changing environment. You will need to take total ownership of global revenue growth while building long-term partnerships rooted in trust and resilience. If you are energized by the challenge of influencing across matrixed global teams and thrive when the stakes are high, this is where you will grow.

What you’ll do

- Build and grow long-term partnerships by understanding what matters most to our agency customers—not just selling a product.
- Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and internal complexity to unlock value for global holding companies and for Uber.
- Manage commercial pipelines with urgency and discipline, knowing some deals will close fast and others will take months of persistence and trust-building.
- Adapt your approach based on market dynamics, client needs, and imperfect information—there’s no one-size-fits-all playbook here.
- Collaborate across operations, marketing, product, and legal to shape proposals, resolve blockers, and deliver solutions that scale globally.
- Communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and stay resilient through tough conversations and the inevitable “no.”

Basic Qualifications

- 12 + years of full-time professional work experience.
- Experience in media, advertising, or platform partnerships with a focus on global agency engagement.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-market agency relationships at the enterprise level.
- Proficiency in driving joint revenue initiatives and commercial planning.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Deep understanding of ad tech, programmatic media, data strategy, and measurement solutions utilized across the funnel.
- Values-aligned traits including systems thinking, grit, and the ability to work well in high-ambiguity environments.
- Experience operating in matrixed, global organizations while influencing without authority.
- Creative storyteller with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative team-player mindset with a "go-get-it" attitude to thrive through constant change.
