## Project Overview:

Bechtel’s Energy GBU is scaling its AI & Data practice to advance machine learning and predictive analytics across engineering, procurement, project controls, and operations. Successful delivery requires translating business and data opportunities into scalable, production-ready solutions that improve decision-making and deliver measurable value.
The ML Delivery Lead supports this transformation by driving the planning, delivery, and operationalization of machine learning solutions across the Energy Business Unit.

## Job Summary:

The ML Delivery Lead leads end-to-end delivery of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions across the Energy Business Unit, translating business needs into production-ready capabilities that deliver measurable value.
The role combines ML knowledge, digital delivery experience, and EPC expertise to deliver scalable, governed, and operationally sustainable solutions from planning through deployment.

"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. ## Major Responsibilities:

Machine Learning Solution Delivery
•    Lead end-to-end delivery of ML and predictive solutions.
•    Manage delivery plans, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
•    Coordinate business and technical teams to resolve delivery risks.
Model Development & Deployment Oversight
•    Oversee the ML lifecycle from development through deployment.
•    Ensure model validation, testing, monitoring, and governance requirements are met.
•    Review model performance and production readiness.
Data & Analytics Enablement
•    Ensure data availability, quality, and suitability for ML solutions.
•    Coordinate data preparation, feature engineering, and pipeline development.
•    Align model requirements and performance expectations with business needs.
Business Value & Operational Integration
•    Define business outcomes, success measures, and value targets.
•    Partner with Change Management on readiness, adoption, and sustainment.
•    Track delivery, model readiness, performance, and business value.

## Education and Experience Requirements:

- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13  years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
Preffered;
•    Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
•    Master’s degree in a related technical field preferred.
•    Relevant AI/ML, cloud, data, or analytics certifications preferred.

## Required Knowledge and Skills:

Industry Experience
•    10–15 years of ML, analytics, data science, or technology delivery experience in energy or industrial environments.
•    Knowledge of EPC project delivery, engineering, project controls, or operations.

Machine Learning & Data Experience
•    Experience delivering predictive analytics, ML, or AI solutions.
•    Knowledge of modeling, validation, feature engineering, and MLOps.
•    Familiarity with enterprise AI/data platforms and model governance.
•    Experience with Microsoft Azure preferred.

Skills & Competencies
•    Technical delivery and program management.
•    Business and technical problem-solving.
•    Stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership.
•    Ability to manage competing priorities in complex EPC environments.
