Senior Caregiver – Weekday Day Shift | Oak Brook, DuPage County

Weekday day shifts | At least 3 days per week | Oak Brook & surrounding areas

Open Arms Solutions is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers with experience supporting seniors living with dementia or Alzheimers disease .

If you enjoy helping seniors maintain their comfort, dignity, and daily routines, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference through personalized in-home care.

Were seeking caregivers available for weekday daytime shifts at least 3 days per week in Oak Brook and nearby DuPage County communities.

What Youll Do

- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities

- Provide patient, compassionate support for clients with dementia or Alzheimers

- Encourage familiar routines, engagement, and companionship

- Prepare meals and assist with hydration

- Provide medication reminders

- Help with mobility and maintain a safe home environment

- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry related to client care

- Observe and report changes in the clients condition or behavior

Schedule

- Day shifts on weekdays

- Available at least 3 days per week

- Ongoing assignments based on client needs and caregiver availability

What Were Looking For

- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience

- Previous experience caring for clients with dementia or Alzheimers disease

- Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, CNA/HHA, DSP, or a similar setting

- Patience, reliability, and the ability to provide calm, respectful care

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

- Smartphone for communication and care-related documentation

- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Ability to complete required background screenings
