Area
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support APQP activities and plant quality deliverables
- Develop quality plans, control plans, PFMEAs, process flow diagrams, and inspection procedures
- Analyze quality data and perform product and process evaluations using CMM and other laboratory equipment
- Support problem-solving and corrective action activities
- Ensure compliance with IATF/TS16949, customer requirements, and regulatory standards
- Conduct quality and process control training
- Communicate directly with customers regarding quality concerns and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field preferred
- Experience in automotive or automotive-related manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, control plans, process capability, and quality systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with metal fabrication, molding, machining, or forming processes is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
