Sales Consultant – Ricart Automotive

What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through a welcoming, transparent, and no-pressure vehicle buying experience.
- Conduct vehicle walkthroughs, offer test drives, and explain key features, technology, pricing, and financing options.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with sales management, finance experts, and service teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Achieve personal sales goals while consistently maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
What We’re Looking For
- A highly motivated, customer-focused professional with a passion for helping people.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to learn and adapt.
- Ability to stay active and comfortable on your feet throughout the workday across our campus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must meet motor vehicle guidelines to remain insurable and drive company vehicles).
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full, paid training for the right person!
