We are looking for a curious, analytical and solution-oriented individual to support business growth, operational excellence and digital transformation within Advanced Therapies.
This role combines business analytics, technology and practical problem-solving to identify opportunities, improve processes and turn insights into measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will help drive smarter decision-making, greater efficiency and continuous business improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analytics & Insights: Analyze business performance, forecasts, operational data and market trends to identify gaps, opportunities and actionable recommendations.
- Business Improvement: Investigate operational challenges, identify root causes and support practical solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.
- Digitalization & Innovation: Explore and implement digital tools, automation and data-driven solutions to simplify workflows and enhance productivity.
- Performance Management: Develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks to support business visibility, forecasting and decision-making.
- Project Execution: Support cross-functional improvement and transformation initiatives, from problem identification through implementation and impact measurement.
- Leadership Support: Translate complex data and business findings into clear presentations, business cases and recommendations for management.

Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python.
- Exposure to business analytics, process improvement, automation or project management is an advantage.
- Experience or interest in healthcare, medical technology or complex technology industries is beneficial.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage, not a requirement.
- Early-career professionals with strong analytical and technical potential are encouraged to apply.
